Welcome to Structure!Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about The Structure Group. My name is Regina Kraft and I am Structure’s Human Resources Director. It has been my pleasure to serve the employees of The Structure Group for the past 10 years. In this short time, I have witnessed amazing change and growth in our organization. If asked what has made our organization so successful, I emphatically respond with, “It’s our People.” We were founded in 1998 with the core value of establishing an environment where our people could thrive both professionally and personally. Today, not only does that same philosophy exist but coupled with our work hard, play hard mentality, it is a significant driver behind our growth and success! There are many aspects that contribute to our employees’ dedication and Structure’s success as a company. At Structure, we encourage open communication, mutual respect and ongoing learning. You’ll find that our projects are all encompassing and project oriented-we don’t just place 1 person at the client, typically you work with a group of Structure employees. This allows several things-the project tends to last longer, you have a greater opportunity for success, and it allows the educational aspect to learn from those you work with in areas you may not have been exposed to before. We typically do end to end processes from start to finish (many smaller firms don’t have the ability to do this-they focus on one specific area. i.e. testing) whereas Structure is involved from beginning to end with all levels of the project. There are great opportunities for advancement and we “promote when you are ready,” thus promotions are done once a quarter and not just once a year.
