Allegro Development Promotes Agile Implementation, Introduces New Components

An agile implementation approach for ETRM solution delivery is the way to go, Eldon Klaassen, CEO of Allegro Development, told attendees at the company’s 2010 Customer Summit in Dallas this morning. Rather than take a big-bang approach, tackling small, manageable areas of functionality results in a more cost-effective, less-disruptive system implementation that has much greater likelihood of success, he said. In addition, the agile approach offers a quicker return on investment, ties up fewer business resources and ensures that the functionality being implemented is closely tied to the requirements of each business unit.
